About B2B Compliance
GambicaB2B Compliance is a not-for-profit initiative of GAMBICA - the national organisation representing the interests of companies in the instrumentation, control, automation and laboratory technology industry in the UK. GAMBICA represents an industry sector with an output in excess of £7 billion.
With a membership of over 200 companies the scope of the GAMBICA Association covers the five principal sectors of the industry:
- Industrial automation products and systems
- Process measurement and control equipment and systems
- Environmental analysis and monitoring equipment
- Laboratory Technology
- Test and measurement equipment for electrical and electronic industries
GAMBICA continues to work closely, as it has over a number of years, with Orgalime, the European Federation of major trade associations, in further developing and clarifying the industry's position on WEEE and RoHS legislation.
Extensive consultation with GAMBICA members, through a 30 member company Taskforce, together with the developing support from a wide range of other Trade Associations with similar interests, culminated in the development of B2B Compliance in order to meet the obligations of companies across the non-household supply sectors, across a wide range of technical and product areas.
