Once you join B2B Compliance, we will ensure that your company meets its legislative requirements if you supply the regular data as you are required to do in law.  Additionally you will, have access to the o nline Members’ Area which
provides additional guidance and information for Members.  It is simply one of various methods of communication, we will use to ensure Members remain fully updated regarding the Legislation, implementation and key information.

How To Join

The process of joining B2B Compliance involves discussing your company’s particular situation in the light of the WEEE legislation and determining your options and the pertinent costs.

Once you are satisfied, we would need you to sign and complete two copies of the B2B Compliance Membership Agreement .  You would send both copies to us for counter-signature and one copy would then be returned together with the access codes to the Members’ Area and instructions on how to enter the relevant data on line.  You would also gain the free use of our Helpline, automatically received the bi-monthly Members’ Bulletin and any legal update alerts.
