Carl Kruger, Project Director of B2B Compliance, took the opportunity to brief the members of the Brewing, Food & Beverages Industry Supplies trade association, the most recently signed up trade association to support the approaches adopted by B2B Compliance.  His was the key presentation of the meeting and focused on the current understanding of how the WEEE Recast is likely to hit the business-to-business sector and how B2B Compliance is lobbying BIS to minimise any potential adverse impact.  This followed on from the series of webinars that B2B Compliance has recently carried out on the same subject, as a lead in to the forthcoming discussions with BIS at GAMBICA’s Environmental Regulatory Group meeting later this week.
